Hello, my name is Iara (yes, it is my real name *Ü*) and I am the person behind Baers Garten Graphics.

I was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on June 16th. I am a only child now. My only sister, Amanda, died when I was 14.

I believe in God. God has always been by my side and I only have reasons to thank him.

I always loved all kind of hand crafts and to draw. I am addicted to cross-stitch, scrapbooking and to my computer. I love to draw using my PSP and my mouse and to work on my websites. I am also addicted to scrapbooking, both paper and digital, and I am a digital scrapbook designer @ Scrapbook Graphics.

I also love to read and to study and have studied a lot. First I got my degree of kindergarten teacher (1993), them my bacharelor of biological sciences (1997 - University of Campinas, Brazil), Masters of morphological sciences (1999 - Institute of Anatomy, University of Campinas, Brazil) and PhD of Biomedical Sciences (2005 - Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology, Philips University Marburg, Germany). I am so happy to have had the possibility of study and have learned so much wonderful things.

My mother language is Portuguese and the only language I can speak and write without mistakes, but I also speak German, English and Spanish and can read French and Italian.

I have worked in all kind of jobs, from waitress to scientist and I believe that each job and each person I have met in such different situations has contributed to built my personality and my way to see the life and world. I am actually working in my dream job as a SAHM of my precious kids: Maisa, born on July 31st, 2005; Theo, born on February 7, 2007 and Anna Carolina, born on August 4, 2008 (yes, 3 kids in 3 years). I am married to the big love of my life since June 1st, 2002. We know each other since 10 years already and have been a couple since the third time we met *Ü* My husband and my daughters are Germans. My son was born in Spain.

We have been a globe trotter couple, due to my husband job. We have lived in Spain (Madrid and La Coruna and in the island Mallorca), in Sudan (Khartoum) and in the United Arabic Emirates (Dubai). We are currently living in a small town near to Cologne, in Germany. We are happy to have the possibility to meet different people and to see how they live not only as a tourist but being part of different societies for a while. My husband and I are really "easy care" persons *Ü* and we always find a way to get the best of the situations. We also love to travel, and never make holidays two times at the same place *Ü*  every time to a new place in the world.
